Genres: Historical Western Romance

A tragic loss
Fancy Dalton is no stranger to hardship and setbacks and has handled each as they come. A violent attack resulting in a child has tested her strength, her courage, her resilience the most. But it’s the loss of her precious baby in childbirth that shakes her to the depths of her very soul. In the midst of a raging storm, a shadowy figure appears and shocks her with the truth—her baby is alive and well!

Stolen
Her infant son was stolen! Now one thought drives her—finding and getting him back.
Selling everything she owns, Fancy buys a one-way train ticket to Denver. Nothing and no one will stop her. In a mad dash to board the train, she collides with Jack Coltrain. As fate would have it, the rugged cowboy is seated next to her. Experience has taught her to be wary of men. But when her bag is stolen, he gets it back and earns a small piece of her trust. She soon learns he’s on a mission of his own.

A Marriage of Convenience
As the iron wheels roll, taking her closer to her son, Fancy and Jack strike a deal—her help for his. Desperate times for both call for creative solutions…but a marriage of convenience?
Yet, she’ll do whatever she must to get her child. But giving Jack her heart…that’s not part of the bargain.

**ARC provided by the author in exchange for an honest review**

Linda Broday is one of my favorite Historical Western Romance authors. I have read 15 of her books and always look forward to what she'll write next. Linda really takes her time with her stories and characters which results into long and detailed books. Fancy is more of a novella sized book, so I wasn't able to fully experience the characters and story.

However, I still enjoyed the story a lot, and Linda always is able to make me connect to the characters. Fancy is a great historical romance with great characters. It is a bit more fast-paced than most historical romances, but that didn't take away from the story in my opinion. I already can't wait for Linda to release her next book.
