BETUL'S REVIEW

I won a paperback ARC of this book. This is the first book I read by Jeanette Murray. I knew it was part of a series but focusing on a new couple. It can be read as a stand-alone but I would recommend you to read the previous books in the series because it will give an insight into the background of the characters. I got confused a couple of times but that didn't hinder me from enjoying the book.

Kara is a single parent to the awesome Zach. This book piqued my interest because of Kara being a single mom. There is just such a strength to these women. Graham was such a great guy. He wasn't an alpha but I didn't mind that at all. I was in the mood for a good light contemporary romance, and this book fit the bill.

Graham is attracted to Kara from the start but Kara is hesitant to start anything serious. There was definitely chemistry between the two. I especially loved the scenes where Graham interacted with Zach, he had such a great way of talking to him. When Kara finally gives in to Graham, it is beautiful to see how he is being supportive of her when she needs it.

I loved the friendship between Kara, Reagan and Marianne. So I will definitely check out the previous books in this series. The writing was also great. I am looking forward to reading more books by Jeanette Murray.
